Very Unique Marketing and Consulting Company looking for select, Professional Housing Consultants to join our team to handle the large volume of leads we generate for people who have credit, financial, employment, rental, budget and/or personal issues and want to become a homeowner. They comprise 35 of the home buying population. Through our affiliated credit optimization, financial counseling, real estate, mortgage and home building companies we build and provide new and existing entry level housing throughout all of Texas for our multiple:issued challenged customers. Our price range is from 70,000 to 500,000. In our program we optimize the clients credit through our credit optimization company. Simultaneously we also provide life management skills to get them back on a sound personal and financial footing. We then provide them a 100 financing mortgage loan at 30 year term with fixed market interest rates with all closing costs financed through our in:house financing or through our affiliated lending network. We then help them find an existing home with our real estate company or we help them build a new home through our new home building network. With our training and your strong work ethic and sales ability you will be able to sign up at least 5 customers a week working full time. Bilingual is a strong plus. Your primary responsibilities will be to: 1) originate initial contact with each lead; 2) explain our program to each lead; 3) pre:qualify the lead for our program; 4) turn the lead into a customer; 5) sign the customer up for our consulting program; 6) obtain the customers initial pre:qualification documentation and send to main office; 7) then you are done. We manage the customer after you sign them up. Total average time spent with a client and the completing the proper documentation will be approximately 5 hours. Your commission will average 1,000 per person (500 upfront and typically 500 when the client closes on their new home) which equals earning 200/hour. Some of our programs pay a lesser amount and some pay a significantly higher amount. Therefore at a minimum you should be earning at least 5,000 per week or 20,000 per month in our program typically within 4 to 6 months after you start. As you adjust to our business model after the 6 month point, if you are really good at what you do and you can successfully adapt to our way of helping customers, you will be able to significantly increase your income to 30,000 plus per month. In addition most of our Housing Consultants quickly become additionally employed with either our affiliated real estate company as a licensed Realtor or our mortgage lending company as a licensed loan officer. This typically adds another 20,000 per month in income for our Housing Consultants for a potential total of 50,000 per month. Your first months income typically averages 2,000 to 3,000 and goes up from there each month. This program does not exist anywhere else in the country. There are feeble imitations at best. So with our properietary business model and unlimited demand for our services our successful Housing Consultants today are averaging 250,000 or more per year in total compensation. Our corporate office is located in Wimberley, Texas located halfway between Austin and San Antonio. We have active sales offices in Austin, San Antonio and Houston with aggressive growth plans for future sales offices in all major metropolitan and geographic areas in Texas. We are hiring professional sales consultants to successfully market our program throughout all areas in the State of Texas with plans to go national in the near future. We have a very successful lead generation program. You will have more leads than you can handle.
