Provides/ manages nursing care to patients in collaboration with other members of the interdisciplinary health team. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates all assigned patient care. Is accountable for patient care given by him/her and by those under his/her supervision. Is responsible for adhering to all Standards of Nursing Practice. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing. Must be currently licensed as a RN in the State of Texas or Compact State. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at completion of nursing orientation. ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC and PHLS certifications required in designated departments. Must demonstrate commitment to the Customer Service process and the behavioral expectations in all interactions and in performing all job duties. Performs duties in a manner to promote quality patient care and customer service/satisfaction, while promoting safety, cost efficiency and a commitment to the CQI process.
